Poor experience - recently renovated our house, over 17,000 in flooring- were helpful when they wanted the business, this changed once they had got it. Poor communication with install days and times, with both installers, lots of damages from the carpet installers to the tune of 2,000 - No ownership or apology when this occurred. Penny the sales person would not listen to instructions when in our home. Had asked for the manager Nigel to call multiple times, no call - held payment , once they chased us for this, asked again for the manager Nigel to call, nothing - Decided to call Nigel, when explaining our frustrations, Nigel just laughed multiple times. Would not recommend at all or ever use again. Not sure what it takes to be one of the best sales people in the group, according to Nigel but it can’t be much.

Purchased carpet from these guys 5 years ago and wasn't impressed with the wear of the carpet .Had a "mission " getting the carpet replaced but eventually Carpet Court came to the party and replaced for me. Suzi was fantastic to deal with at the final stages.Thanks Team

Very poor workmanship not happy at all the lino is lifting in the kitchen, the carpet is not flushed with the wall and nor is the lino in the bathroom and kitchen, my old lino and carpet was so much better but after the floods in 2017 carpet court were assigned to the job and they stuffed up typical of an insurance job, very unsatisfied customer ️ carpet court you should fix this mess no matter how long ago it was you layed it, absolutely not impressed.
