I was in today getting sorted with my gear to start spearfishing etc..fantastic crew,so very helpful!!! Thank you so much guys,look forward to coming back when the rest of my gear arrives and really looking forward to doing the course in a few weeks...sorry I could only give 5 stars!!!!!....allowing on from the first part of my review,I just completed the inaugural divezone Tauranga spearfishing and freediving course..I totally recommend this to all those interested..big thanks to Tony and his crew and of James and Michelle our instructors!!!

Friendly staff expert in there training field. Extremely confident in the water with the younger ones. Shop also has good items inside. Great for you every day diving needs. 100% would go back to give it ago myself

I purchased a pair of plastic longblade fins as a temporary replacement as one of my carbon blades cracked. A couple days after the purchase I noticed one of the fins had a manufacturer’s defect - it was missing the end of the fins. I sent clear photos of the defect. They thought they had been burned off. Ok, I understand they wanted to see the fins. I drove the 2 hours back to the dive center and they said drop the fins off and you’ll get a call in two days. Four days later I hadn’t received a call so I called and they said to come in to get the new fins. I came in and they were very cold and said very little. He went back and found the replacement fins, took them out of the package and handed them to me and said “k”. Nothing more. They made no effort to correct the fact they sold me broken fins and had me drive back to the shop twice (several hours of driving) because they didn’t believe me. At the very least I’d expect an apology. But really, a discount was probably more appropriate.

Great time & awesome team to deal with. It's so obvious that these guys know their stuff & enjoy their jobs, & they always make sure that everyone is sorted & happy. Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Mayor & am looking forward to the next one!
