Have been with full flavour for around 5 months now, signal is not the greatest like they say on there website, there plans are not of good variety and there customer care is poor. Multiple times I have called and left messages and also there website messenger with no return call, only when a bill is not paid do they follow up with customers. A company that is all take but no give, have a shop around before choosing these guys!!
6 year old account with Full Flavour. Very very good actual human customer service. Never a fault that wasn't quickly addressed or had a real cause like weather or line accident somewhere. After both 2Deg and Spark, 3rd time a charm
I had a good experience with these guys. The service availability was as they said. I had previously been told that VDSL could not be linked to a new fibre box within 1km of home and that download speeds would be reduced during the Rugby World Cup. I now have no data cap whereas previously there was no option for more than 120GB even though I was prepared to pay extra for this. The new installation was smooth, reliability and download speeds are excellent.
Good value for money, very stable and fast connection on fibre, very reliable. Have been with them for over 5 years. I recommend to them.
Have been with Full Flavour for many years. The help desk is very responsive and helped me gain maximum speeds by recommending and then setting up a new router.
Be very careful if you deal with this crowd, they completely screwed us over with billing, taking money from our accounts without proper authority for shady reasons and giving us the run around instead admitting their mistake.
