Been going here for the last two years, can never get anyone on the phone apart from reception but they cannot transfer to the rooms. Doctors are slow at getting test results back, have asked for copys of scans for the last year and had no luck.

A great team who’ve more than earned the Christmas goodies I dropped off today and a review in your own right (I’ve already reviewed Grace Hospital). I couldn’t have wished for a better surgeon than Vaughan Poutawera who did my hip replacement in July or friendlier frontline staff than Angela and Jo. (Jo also went beyond the call of duty to support me through a “big baby moment” when I had my staples removed “apres op”). Thanks to all of you my hip replacement journey went well, and I’m feeling like a million dollars. Enjoy the chocolate!
