I went into Harvey Norman feeling blue. Once in I find a smiling man named Stu. He looked at my two phones, told me what to do and sent me away. Off I went and did as I was told, thinking this is turning out to be a good day. Back to Harvey Norman and there was Stu, still smiling. I told him one of my phones was dying. A while later he told me to go home and told me what to do. Home I went and did as I was told by Stu. Half an hour later I had a call from this man Stu. I now had one old phone and one new phone with all my data programmed in. The problem I had now was, should I throw my old phone in the bin. So if you visit Harvey Norman, look out for smiling Stu.

The man that sold me my portable radio was fast friendly and efficient. But the young lady that sold the battery charger went over and above in helpfulness. Her customer service was excellent. I work in retail and highly recommend her. Thanks for going the extra mile at this busy time of the year.

Hi im sorry but although very informative and attentive, your Team leader needs to address the young girl' sales person. I don't know why you all think its all right for her to mince around your shop looking like a cheap street walker. There's a time and a place for such attire and Harvey Norman's is neither. The young girl was dressed inappropriate and reflects poorly on Management. Maybe Management can learn from the excellently presented young ladies in employment with Harvey Norman Bayfair Branch. I'm sure there's plenty of predominantly males who frequently buy from your Minnie skirt friendly team member but both my friends and I left Cameron Rd store to spend our money else where. We all bought multiple big ticket items and 1 of us spent 10k on the day in question.

Great well set out store. A huge range of appliances, whiteware, electronic goods etc. In the heart of Tauranga City with plenty of parking. Extremely helpful staff with good product knowledge.
