Apart from Dr Heath Sumpton this is the worst doctors practice I have ever been to. 2hr waits on their walk in clinic. I was absolutely insulted when I got told the doctors were at lunch for an hour while they come back from lunch and ah sorry the walk in clinic is shut for an hour, sit down take a seat and you will have to wait for 8 people in front of you after that hour had started. No communication on results, prescriptions wrong most the time. The lady doctor I saw the next day couldn't say two words to me. It's a busy practice yes but its clients that have made it that and a desperate shortage of doctors in the Bay. No follow up from doctors regarding health problems.

Had an awesome experience here! They have a walk-in consultation service where you just rock up and wait to see a doctor This applies for casual visitors. Reception, the doctor and the people at the pharmacy were super helpful and friendly. I would recommend it for travelers!

I had to wait a while as I was a 'walk in' client but they let me know early on so was happy to wait. A lovely friendly bunch of people. Nurse and Dr knew their stuff and I have now registered with them. I would recommend.

Now my Dr is good most the staff is but there is one receptionist that is so rude to me everytime today. Whilst I was holding she said i was been rude to her to my Dr which is not factual at all. I asked why my script wasn't processed as it has heart meds and pain relief. She said theres nothing here not the first time she has done this by the way. Then when I give her the message saying it was processed. She goes to the Dr and I over hear her bad mouthing me.... I said wow you guys need to record these this is unprofessional. She said oh oh no I am not I will hang up on you if you aren't nice to me. Like really I'm upset for a reason now
