Hereford Kitchen’s catering has a rural-inspired style. We focus on keeping our dishes simple, natural and fresh with seasonally-driven food. As one of Tauranga’s top caterers we are kept busy over summer with weddings around Tauranga and neighbouring regions – in dedicated venues, marquees or sheds – we love being involved in couples’ magical celebration. Prior to Hereford Kitchen owners Catherine MacLoughlin and Hamish Carter setup and ran highly successful Tauranga café Alimento for eight years. Seasoned cook Catherine is responsible for all the great food in the kitchen, while Hamish runs operation out the front.
