Will take all the money out of you they can get. I payed my bill every week for almost two years. They then stopped picking up my bins I rang them to ask why they said they hadn't received payments for random dates all over the show. Sent screenshots of my payments but apparently that wasn't enough and kept saying I owed them money so thought its only 40 dollars so payed it and changed rubbish bin company's. I asked is this all I need to pay to be done with this company they said yes plus the canceling fee, so paid them all that. Then a few months later they start hitting me up for more money saying I owe over 100 dollars. Over weeks they say they have found some so now I owe 40 dollars again. This company will take all the money out of you it can very unprofessional.

Brilliant company and is 100% customer focused.
Two bins of rubbish collection a week was agreed and done for around two years. They all of a sudden collected only one saying driveway is so dangerous for trucks. They refused to collect two but refused obstinately. I do not understand why this sort of company has survived.
Just spoken to Tony at reception, Very easy to talk to & so helpful, the driver on our route is the best even reversed up the rd to come back after seeing me walking down the driveway. Great all round service in our neck of the woods thanks guys & girls at JJ Richards
Never answer the phone and when they finally do aren’t willing to be of any help to have rubbish collected that week but will happily charge me for it. Will not be recommending to anyone and moving to another company! Absolutely disgusting service
Very unhappy had nothing but problems with this company, happy to charge but no loyalty at all. I asked for my bins to be picked up as I was moving was told they could pick them up early at my expense
Have used JJ Richard's since 2009 I'm not someone who posts But my conversation with Toni tauranga today was disturbing to say the least, She couldn't find my Address, name etc and went on to read me the 'new account 50 admin fee'? I repeated myself a number of times that I have been with jj Richards since 2009 and once a year they would send an invoice and I would send a chq. She just repeated herself that it's 50 ... Unfortunately because of this ONE phone call to Toni all the years of NICE guys and Previous NICE reception has been put aside for Toni wanting to set up a new account with 50 fee?? Strange! The rubbish WAS collected EVERY fortnight for 11Years but she can't find my address in the system?
Incredibly rude customer service. Not happy.
