I went in for a screen replacement on my s10, it cost me 515.00. The back cover has lifted now 3 times. With the amount of money I spent there it should have been fixed properly the 1st time. I'm going somewhere else to glue it properly this time. I'm gutted.

Went in to get a quote for my insurance. Told him the problems with it, told him we had reset it to factory settings twice and still have the problem, also told him it didn't happen all the time. He asked us to come back after 1/2 hour so he could look at it. We came back after almost an hour and he said he couldn't fault it as it didn't play up for him. I asked for a quote for a new mother board and microphone and he said yes he will send that off for me to my email. Nothing ever arrived. So thanks for wasting my time. I will not be coming back to KiwiTech Solutions nor recommending them in the future.
