Great service! The sales lady enthusiastically helped me choose just the right wattage bulb i needed. Nothing was too much trouble, & then we had a nice chat about hanging kitchen lights. I left smiling

Awesome friendly service. Great range in prices for all budgets. Best service out of the 2 lighting stores I visited in Tauranga. I'm definitely only going here to shop due to friendly helpful staff. And obviously nice products.

Good selection. Not much help. But I did know what I wanted. Senced if you weren't spending big they really didn't want to know you. Not a good customer attitude. I might have been planning to go back and spending more. But I doubt I will.

Last week if you were in the Lighting plus store at Gate Pa Tauranga you could be excused for putting me under the "heading' of PAINFUL/DEMANDING!!!! Yet, I experienced the most helpful, polite and pleasant service from all the wonderful staff. Every return - and there were quite a few, was accepted with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Shopping at Lighting plus was a pleasure. And, yes I finally decided on 2 lampshades which I am delighted with. Thanks so much girls - you are awesome. Christine (Tauranga)
