Had a scan here 7 years ago when i found out i was pregnant and i was told that i would most likely miscarry because my uterine lining was very thin (this was just after her seeing how elated both me and my husband were by seeing our first little bean for the first time). She had a lack of tact the whole time and was very cold towards us. I decided we would never go there again until last week when my DR asked me to make an appointment and recommended i go to this particular facility. I rang and got a super rude receptionist telling me to go to another facility as they would not see me until end of Feb. Wow i was hoping in 7 years there would be a bit of Change for the better \u200d️ guess not.

After receiving less than positive news from an alternative radiology provider, Medex was recommended to us and we found the experience of the staff truly genuine and supportive. With the experience at Medex we were reassured that the issue previously identified was inaccurate, the staff there were empathetic and couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommend to all!! Thank you to all the staff for being so lovely to us.

Friendly staff and if it is a ACC claim and you have a community service card there is no charge. Bay Radiology still charges regardless.
