AVOID AT ALL COST. A zero star would be better suited. Not same day repair, failed to explain this till money transacted, waiting 20 minutes whilst while the manager inducts trainee in front of me, wrong screen colour, closed at 4pm which they failed to notify and despite saying the importance of having completed as we depart to Australia made no attempt to inform me. Arrive at 4.04pm due to terrible traffic. Phone numbers off web don't connect. Not one positive out of this situation.

Right from the start we have found Kale to be honest and diligent. We had a few jobs that we needed done for our business and Kale sorted those out really quickly and then gave us a plan as to what he would recommend for our business. His rates were really reasonable and he kept us up to date on his timeline throughout. We accepted his proposal and have never looked back. Would thoroughly recommend him to any other business.

Had a charging problem with my I Pad mini and feared the worst. Called in and they had a look at the port and cleaned it. Bazinga ! And they didn't charge me. Thank you so much, it really makes a difference when people are prepared to go the extra mile. You guys rock.... oh and the dog was a bonus : \u003e) Also, returned the same day with an IPhone problem. Quick fix and same great service. They will be my go to IT guys from now on.
