As a mum of 3 young babies/children I don’t often get the opportunity to treat myself. I was gifted a lovely power facial followed by a LED Light treatment on my face. Kaylee the therapist was amazing, she has hands of an angel and made me feel so incredible and my skin has been glowing for days! I would highly recommend any of the wonderful treatments available at Mount skin and body. The service by all staff was truly impeccable, I will be back again soon! Thank you!

I was given a voucher as a birthday present so I booked the Ultra Bright Energy Treatment. The therapist was professional and the premises were clean and inviting, however the treatment I received was not exactly as described on the website as I did not receive the 'hot towel therapy and aromatherapy massage on my feet and legs'. I reread the description when I returned home and realised that this part of the treatment had been missed. Otherwise, I enjoyed the facial and was happy with the results.
I had a full body massage which included body brushing and choosing the oil that was to be used. My therapist was professional but also caring and acknowledged what I needed. It made for a really positive experience and I left feeling relaxed and reenergised. Would recommend my therapist and this establishment without hesitation.
Had my first ever facial yesterday at Mount Skin & Body with Michelle and it was the most pleasant first experience ever. Greeted with a cold glass of water and a treat and the ladies were super friendly. Michelle was extremely genuine and cared about my skin needs. Michelle also went out of her way to write up a skin prescription on what products would be best suited for my skin which was much appreciated. Overall the place is beautiful and is such a calming space! Would 100% recommend this place :)

Went in for an eyebrow wax. Soon as I got in, the girl was telling me I was having trouble with my acne and that I needed to get a facial and buy their supplements. Came across a bit confronting and rude as that's not why I was there, felt like she was just trying to sell me onto a fad to make a buck. Wax was very hot compared to what I've had elsewhere and she didn't actually do a great job shaping either (I didn't have my glasses on so didn't realise until I got home). She didn't seem to have trimmed my brow hairs (even though we spoke about it). The place is nice enough, a bit dark inside, but smelt nice and they offered me a water.
Always a wonderful experience at Mount Skin. The team are friendly and totally amazing; love it everytime!
