It's the first time I do finance and they walked me through the whole process and it was pretty straight forward. Special mention to Rachael that went the extra mile working during her time off so I can close the deal with the seller, plus she provided me useful information about car's background and my own credit profile. I highly recommend them and I certainly use their service again in the future

Off Grid As

I'm not thrilled to have to write this but I'm fairly appalled with how badly my time was wasted, how I was made to feel like a number who's Fate was decided by a system set up for 1 specific type of person. I feel like in 2021 things have changed enough that it's not that strange to be self employed or an entrepreneur of some kind, or to live off the grid. Even though I have more than enough money to pay 4 times what the loan repayment was to be, have absolutely no expenses what so ever because I'm totally self sufficient, own my own land mortgage free, and provided them with everything they asked for they refused me a loan after 4 days of wasting my time with back and forth emails. Their reason, because they don't believe I have no expenses, even though I provided them with statements proving exactly that. Mind absolutely blown, feeling horrible after this experience, and I really hope nobody else has an experience like this. Far from transparent, quite rude, exceptionally belittling. A sad day to say the least. Shame on you MTF I'm truly disgusted.
