I took my old mower in because it died half way through mowing my lawn. I said I didn't want to spend too much money to try and repair it. I said if it was going to cost too much I would rather have a new mower. They fixed my mower quickly and it runs like a new one. They had the opportunity to sell me a new mower but they showed integrity instead.

Very easy to deal with! I made a web enquiry though their website and they got back to me very quickly...they gave me a few options...made a phone call to discuss further and they explained all the differences with base model and other types....made the purchase and was given a demo of how everything worked when I picked it up....all done and dusted within an hour! Great service thanks

We purchased a new mower from Naismith & Jones after shopping around for a bit. We found their customer service and product knowledge to be outstanding. After I lost the fuel cap to my mower, which turned out to be a very uncommon cap, Howard and his team were more than helpful in finding the right replacement . Highly recommend these guys!

Hell i would not recommend these guys to anyone due to the fact bought a small echo chainsaw off them. it ran gd till it went back for first service. It never ran right after that. The mechanics had left i asked trevor to fix it hes said you do it i said no because it will have no warranty after that. Even trevor woudnt tuch it or tune it he said it was fine but wasnt. Never ran right after the plyed around with it. So i bought a sthil never look back now.;hard to start and woulnt idol
