Louise and Ross are such a nice people. After reading the building report, it listed all the possible findings and recommendations. It helps me a lot to make the decision more easier. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends if they need a pre-purchase inspection in the future. Thanks for the quick response starting from day one and also thanks Ross to perform a professional inspection to the property.

First time experience with Ross and Louise, what a delight. Very thorough report and well documented. I like how they offer a free half hour chat about the report so they can help you better understand what has been detailed further. Extremely thankful they could fit our appointment in on such short notice! Our correspondence have all been very good, lovely couple. I can tell they are very professional and passionate in the work they do as everything is done without fault. I would happily recommend them to others and would seek their assistance in the future also.
I highly recommend NZBC. Ross and Louise demonstrated total professionalism and bought a wealth of expertise to the building inspection process. They produced a detailed, comprehensive and highly readable report which has been extremely helpful. They were also more than willing to take extra time to help me to build an in depth understanding of the building issues and to work with me on possible solutions and next steps. I couldn't have been happier with my experience of working with Ross and Louise and I intend to continue to utilise their expertise throughout the renovation process.
Responding to Paul Stevens review. We are sorry that you are unhappy with our service. We always offer our clients a free consultation in our office after they have read their report. Many clients take this opportunity and provide feedback to us directly. We do not recognise your name from our client list and assume that you are not a client and possibly a unhappy property vendor or other. We have been providing pre-purchase reports in this area for 17 years and it is quite likely that our reports will have upset property vendors/others over this time, unfortunately it goes with the territory.
