Today I needed to order a plant and card for a Bereavement. I live in Auckland and wanted to have something delivered if possible. When I phoned I got Melinda. She was amazing! So friendly and gave me all the time I needed to decide what we wanted. She was really helpful. Thank you Melinda - plant delivered today and was just what we wanted.

Always a pleasant spot on my Sunday mornings.
Went looking for spa pools, we met Jude who was very knowledgeable and nice to deal with, not pushy either. Today I went back to see if any more stock had arrived. Met Bruce who was exactly the same as Jude, very nice to deal with. Thanks heaps Palmers Bethlehem staff.
Wanted some unusual items (Galengal Ginger and Horseradish plants). Delightful staff member able to take us right to the area and then onto the specials where she recalled seeing our items. Got what we wanted, fast, friendly and through the shop quickly
Playground has screws sticking out of gate, instructions to take off shoes though bark floor and looks quite unsavoury. Ruined and otherwise ok visit.
Good customer service, staff member offered to go well out of her way to find product info for me.
Really lovely store. Absolutely huge range of all gardening needs. Was easy to take my baby with me as they had a modified trolley with a baby seat. I prefer their plants and soils over the warehouse and hardware stores. They are just better quality all round
We enjoy our cafe and garden experiences here. Excellent.
