Absolutely useless waited for over an hour to then be told that I cant be seen today due to being on a certain medication fffsakes why did you all tell me earlier. Terrible customer service all the workers there clearly don't care about the quality of work they do

Terrible customer attention, and very rough taking my blood test.
Been there numberous times for my pregnancy tests & very happy with the speed of being seen & standard of care is excellent.
If the goal was creating the most unpleasant blood test experience, they’ve massively succeeded, well done.
Don't go to otumoetai pathlab older lady took my blood jabbed my arm hard as leaving a nice bruise.had to leave one star just to review personally would have been 0.would hate to think the lady that took my blood takes a child's bloody really disgusted
