Staff ignored us even though we wanted to buy a Electric scooter. When we entered no one welcomed and no one approached us and asked if we needed help, when we asked a staff member he rudely replied "that's the old model" and didn't even look at us. He also didn't help us find another one and even though there was plenty of staff they all ignored us. Seems they were better at talking than doing their job!
