We got a black pool style fence for our boundary fence on the waterways. It was just as the company was changing ownership. We had aan issue with a fece section and they were out within 2 days to rectify which was great. It is now over 6 months and fence looks great and suggestion of black was great as it makes it blend in thus altering view.
Worst experience of my life dealing with this business. The owner was rude to me and to my subcontractor, she told my subcontractor he didn’t know his job. How rude. How many fences has she built?The owner of the business she was only interested in getting paid, early, the job was late ,gate delivered no lock or handle , who would deliver a gate without anything, that shows lack of professionalism, they couldn’t help us put a lock on. The know it all owner, she told us it was a factory install only to fit a lock, well we got a locksmith to install on site, another demonstration that she knew nothing. The workmanship was poor. Disgraceful. The Owner of this business she is aggressive unhelpful, we would not recommend this business to anyone. I have also read similar reviews to mine so I am not the only one to have had the unfortunate experience of dealing With Red Stag.
