Had my insulation and led lights done, plus signed up for the power, which is overpriced anyway. Well....the story starts with damage to my bench top, when a old fitting slipped out of the contractor's hand, which ,luckily was witnessed..it left a mark on the bench and I asked for it be repaired....some attempts have been made including car paint,sharpies and other weird and wonderful solutions, none of them working....this has been ongoing for 12month AND it still isn't fixed....

Unfortunately, once they have your sale, they don't care anymore. They offer no follow up service if a product turns faulty. They won't even help you if you want to pay for a replacement product. Emails get ignored. Phone calls fob you off and tell you to email so they can ignore them some more.
Great service! As we both work, the sales rep came out after hours and sat with us and explained all our options, which I thought was a step beyond other companies we looked into. Installation and communication was handled professionally and promptly. The turn around service from the availability of the sales call to the installation was excellent. We had ventilation installed which was great, we also had insulation which was installed. All within in the times that were communicated to us. Only thing was with the insulation install, quite a bit of mess was left in the house, which I thought should have been tidied up. All in all a great service.
We have nothing but positive things to say about our Solar experience. The consultant, Tony, had a massive amount of knowledge about solar, passion for the concept and honesty that won our business. We were essentially signed on the dotted line with another company and going to be getting a 5.3kw unit, he did some in-depth calculations on our usage and talked us down to a 3.5kw. The installation was a breeze and the electrician who installed it Alister, had the same passion for the product and the patience to explain the ins and outs for us. To date on production in and out is bang on and we look forward to upgrading to a battery backed up system in due course.
It's a shame that the receptionist struggles to do her job. Her customer service leaves alot to be desired. Everyone else within this company has been excellent to deal with. The product and install seems to have been an excellent choice.
I did not get pass the receptionist who refused to give me more information re price than 'they charge between 15-25 per m3'. I advised her that is she is not willing to provide any further indication (e.g. how they decide if they charge 15 or 25) I will take my business elsewhere to which she replied ' You do what you want'. Done with this company even before started!
