I recently purchased a powerhead for my aquarium. The assistant at the end of the phone was lovely!! I then ordered online the item, which to someone who lacks tech savvy, was effortless. Well stocked shop, with pooch pampering facilities in house. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is good. Bring your pet in type of shop. It has everything you need for your pet health.

Thanks Abbey for an amazing groom on my fur baby. With her having a Shitzu/Pom coat, I know she is difficult to groom and she can be a bit of a drama queen but you always do such a professional job and are great with her. Would never go anywhere else:)

My dog suffered razor burns that required vet treatment after his groom at KiwiPetz Fraser Cove in January 2021. I advised them of the issue by phone and in writing and provided photos as well as the vet clinical notes. He is 10 years old and has never had a reaction like this before from a groom. Absolutely appalling customer service and complete failure to address the issue, provide any suitable remedy or apology - I will never go there again!!

Last night I purchased what I thought was an aquarium heater but on re-reading the info after the purchase completed I realised that it was in fact a heater protector. The heater was for tank being looked after by friends of a couple who were out of town for health reasons. The original heater was broken during a tank clean. The fish-sitters didn’t realise the importance of the heater for the fish so in my haste to help I made a rushed purchase on their behalf to try to limit any injury to the fish. When I realised my mistake I emailed the store explaining the situation and requested they not process the sale hoping for a store credit or refund. What was Kiwipetz response??? THEY took into account all the info I’d shared and very generously and kindly gifted my clients a tank heater for the price of the protector to ensure the fancy guppies tank remained at the optimum temperature and the fish lived to see another day! KIWIPETZ you’re walking your talk! You clearly value your customers and care about the people and animals in your community. This business is very highly recommended. Please go support them!!!!!!
