The staff is really what has me coming backthis location has a great set of people,they are wonderful and so sweet and always working hard!!! It is also very busy at this location and the employees are just so darn nice and great! Thank you!!!! I know how hard it can get sometimes but let me tall ya,this staff is the best!!! Amazing

I worked as a volunteer at SCH. What an amazing experience. I always felt valued, accepted and respected. My coworkers were the best, we become a second family and I would always repeat my experience there. Highly recommended.
I couldn't disagree more with you Megha Gupta. I have also recently been through the recruitment process and found the head of people and culture anything but unprofessional! I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at southern cross thus far, and I'm picking you just didn't fit in here? Best of luck finding an opportunity that suits your personality better.

Head of people and Culture is highly unprofessional. She invited me for a cafe interview and never turned up. When I called her to remind regarding the interview, she made a lame excuse that she completely forgot about it as she was busy. She rescheduled the interview for next day and came totally unprepared and didn't even have a clue about the role she was interviewing for.
