Personally, I have always had good experience with these people. It always felt like they cared and are not just trying to make a profit.
Had the worst experience of my life with this owner. Ruined my car, took it back to him 6 times and problem wasnt fixed and issue lasted over 6months. Was rude, tried to cut corners and really mucked me around. Cost me alot of time and alot of money. Have talked to many others who have also had problems with him.
