The customer service reps really know their stuff, found my parcel really quickly
They aaid i wasn't home when the parcel was delivered,but i was. Grrrr how do i talk to a real person.
They claimed a package was delivered to my address, but no such packet arrived.
Twice in one month Courierpost driver picked up a courier parcel that was clearly labelled for Fastway. Absolute NIGHTMARE to then get the correct parcel picked up, AND the Fastway parcel then picked up from incorrect address and delivered to correct address. No one at Courierpost took any responsibility and they did not give one **** about the complete mess their incompetence caused. 6 hours on the phone sorting out the first mess, 2 hours and counting on this current one.
If reception at Chapel St is going to be closed at Level 2 - then at least note your Google Page that you are closed. would have saved me the trip in traffic. not happy
Everything fine, but online tracking was not so good.
They "lost" our package showed up when we were at work to talk about it without calling us decided to be rude when we confronted him turned out he was going around our house we got this information from a concerned neighbor who called me while at work. We had called to tell them on Saturday this dude came on Friday. Turns out they delivered it to someone else but they didn't admit it even tho we tracked it to a house down the riad
