Great service.Ticket office in wrong location poor location!!! .No parking near by!!!! Had to risk parking in a large loading zone .200.00 fine if caught just to book a ticket No planning by council so it seems for downtown Tauranga . Very very poor insite,

At a new location now which is very nice. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. They make things a lot easier for me particularly with travel plans.
I feel like this place lacks luster it feels very dark and not inviting, feel not as nice as when they were on the corner. With more light inside and more products. I do love though their selection of free brochures on places to visit around New Zealand .
I bought my Intercity bus ticket from Tauranga to Auckland here. Very helpful staffs

I couldn’t speak more highly of the assistance I got here. Ronda helped me book the glow worm kayaking when I was having trouble doing it myself and had fantastic follow up. She also and gave me great directions on how to get around! And ideas with what to do in the time I had!
