If I was given the chance of which courier service to use, PBT would be the last on my list. It has taken over a week to arrive, I don't live rural, so why it came to our town then went back to Tauranga with out delivering, I don't know. I phoned asking where it was, receptionist said she would look into it and phone back. That never happened, tracking our parcel, I found it had been given to NZ postcourier. Adding extra time. Why pay good money for a courier company if they pass the job onto somebody else? Thank goodness I didn't pay for this job.
Parcel left in mailbox on main rd. Every other courier service delivers parcels to the door with no problems. The 2 min walk to the front door to put it somewhere safe must have been too much for PBT.

Got something from Auckland it sat in Tauranga Warehouse on Friday and did not get it till Tuesday pm that was due to ringing them twice Monday and Tuesday.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. So appreciated.
Won't ship with this greedy lot nor will I shop anywhere that uses them. One of the only couriers that considers the Lakes subdivision in Tauranga a rural delivery. This is the largest subdivision in the area next to the largest shopping complex. Just trying to squeeze an extra 7 out of you.
Worst service ever . From Katikati to Opotiki is under 2 and a half hours drive . Packet Backwards and forwards from Tauranga to Rotorua 3 times so far . Its been 2 weeks and still no packet . No one will answer the phone ,customer services or branch manager , I left messages ,no reply. I am at wits end . Two weeks ago I had parcel sent from Taranaki with Fast Post . It arrived in 2 days so no excuses PBT You suck .
