Very thorough installation of car alarm, Sam was great. He also explained things to me in a clear manner, and didn't talk down to me - I very much appreciate this, refreshing change from some in the auto industry who seem to assume because I'm an older female I know zero about cars. Very happy to recommend this business to others.

Great service. Had an issue with my car stereo and other places I went quoted me hundreds of dollars but they fixed it for 20 and squeezed me in on the same day. Great, honest and fast service :)

Know what they're doing, Grate work, Really nice people to talk & deal with. Let you know what going on without pushing you into buying things you don't need!!! If I could I'd give the 8/10. Mitch Duke

I visited them last week to get my car's speakers replaced. They were busy but we agreed to do it on next Tuesday. When I visited on following-Tuesday I was told that I didn't had any official appointment. They probably don't care about their customers time as they seem to have plenty of customers but I was very disappointed with their customer service.

I work for a dealership in Manukau, my heavily pregnant customer had an issue with her reversing camera in Tauranga. Rather than come up to Auckland while pregnant to fix the camera, Sam from Trends said he would call my customer that day and make a time to have the issue resolved. 2 weeks later and he never called the customer or told us that he was too busy to complete the work. When confronted, he simply said that he was too busy and couldn't do the job. The result of this is a VERY stressed woman who has had to deal with this on top of dealing with a new baby. It takes 30 seconds to write an email or make a call, or better yet don't accept work you have no intention of actioning.

Wanted to take out the Japanese stereo and replace it with another stereo a month ago.He had one to install but had to order parts. I found the same stereo at half the price of the one he had. Told him im gonna buy the cheaper stereo. Could tell by his txt he wasnt happy. Waited for call.....nothing. Decided to ring him and was told cant do it til next year.
