While I didn't end up staying with Trustpower (moved into an existing flat), when I move to my next living space I will always recommend Trustpower for primarily Helen from the sales team. As a main point of contact she was fantastic in ensuring I knew what Trustpower had to offer. Any company that has to worry about FSLAA should consider Helen a massive asset.

Poor customer service.i am with more than 2 years with trust power but customer service staff doesn't know how to do respond or how to talk in phone. Basically, they don't care about customer problem. Even mistakes done in monthly bills by trust power. Moreover, prices are too high as compared to other power and internet companies.
Very happy with the help from trustpower they were friendly and our internet is working the way it should be and the power is cheaper thank you
Wifi always disconnect every 10 mins, and found there is an issue in the router which is provider by Trustpower, but they refused to do any thing to solve the issue. Had 3 years pain with them, just made a decision and move to Orcon. Finally the issue has been solved with changing a new router and with a Cheaper price, faster and stable broadband. Never even using TrustPower again.
Been with Trust Power for a few years now, and have had no problem, actually 1 of the best customer services aswell. ask.trust is awesome!!!!! My power can't get read due to dogs loose on the property, no problem i jus ask.trust faster than calling too! Only had best service. Cheers Trust!!! Ps I had Hannah today, fantastic custom service officer.
Been a Customer since week one of trustpower, that said over the last year or so the service has decreased significantly found the Customer Service representative to be very rude an unhelpful. My internet won't allow me to connect to any devices keeps saying "couldn't get ip address" . Direct Debt system is shocking seems to take money out Randomly rather a set day now when we signed up we paid monthly on a specific day. Sadly but thankful our contract is up an will be moving to another provider
Without a doubt the worst power company in new Zealand, with a ridiculous base rate of 2.17 a day and then charging charging 115 for the same internet 2 degrees is doing for 89 and then on top of that charging 19.85c per kWh of usage, I mean the base rate alone is 183 just to be connected with them and have internet, of you want to use power you're looking at a higher bill than the 183 each month, and to make matters worse I've had customer service literally argue with me and tell me what I want when I try to tell them what I want fixed, I've even had them argue telling me I haven't paid my bills when I have and not a single apology over the rudeness, never has any of them actually helped me achieve any decent outcome and the whole business is a shamble, if I could give less than 1 star I would
