I visited Whitcoulls at the crossing on Dec 1st at 10am, I was looking for books for my two nephews, Helen one of the shop assistants was super helpful and helped me find the perfect books for the two age groups. She also served me at the counter and couldn't be more friendly. I'd like to give a big shout out to Helen for amazing customer service and for make my experience at Whitcoulls so memorable. Great job!

Rachel is always very helpful. Calls me when my magazine (PBO) comes in. Great too is the range of books and stuff - makes gift shopping easy. It's interesting though that no-one replies to the queries that come in online? At least one is 12months old and no reply - c'mon guys - service is everything!!
