Our experience with Southern Discoveries to Milford Sound was brilliant. Greg was a great coach driver stopped for photo opportunities and new a lot about the area. The staff on the boat were also full of knowledge and looked after the passengers. Thanks Allison for looking after us and all the advice you gave us for our further travels.

So pleased we chose Southern Discoveries. We debated driving ourselves but instead opted to travel in the comfort of a coach enabling us to absorb every breath taking moment on the trip from Te Anau to Milford. Reece the driver entertained us with snippets of history and local knowledge. Then onto the Sounds in a catamaran which maneuvered so close to the waterfalls you were right in the spray. Loved every minute. All in all a brilliant day.

Southern discoveries Milford cruise and floating Observatory was great. The lady at the check in counter did not listen or follow procedure. She didn’t listen or acknowledge anything that I said which left me very frustrated when it should have been a strait forward procedure. She kept contradicting herself grrrrrr

My family had a very nice time in the Milford Sound coach and cruise. Bus driver is very good and courteous. Knows the road very well. We were given time to take good photos along the way to Milford Sound.
