I was well prepared thanks to the info on your website and the pre-float email that you sent a few days before my first appointment. Friendly staff to greet me and show me around. The whole experience was calm and grounding. Loved it, and only sorry I didn't book a massage for afterwards!

What a wonderful experience. The lovely host introduced us to the floating experience in a personable and knowledgeable manner. They have created a peaceful environment in the rooms. The floating itself was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. There are lots of thoughtful little touches which we appreciated. The hour went by so quickly and we look forward to returning. It is a marvellous way to enjoy some quality time in solitude. Highly recommended!

I went to this place many times and it is always relaxing. But my recent visit was not because of the service provided. The staff was unfriendly if not rude. The promises of the webpage are not given any longer. Tea is available, yes, but please only one for each party. Means one tea for two people for a double float? The service decreased from good to below average if not bad in the lest couple of month. The same for cleaning and for towel service and so on. In the past it was really good but now it is only one for service and clean. I kept it two because of the relaxation and because it was good in the past.
