65 voucher for haircut and top foils. Saw the owner and made an appointment for 9.30 the next day and according to her when asked would take 1.5 hours or so. Got there at 9.20 - 9.25 put In chair by junior staffer who proceeded to tell me it was to be either hair cut or foils not both. Got her to check with owner - who never came out at all, Again same response cut or foils. Chose the cut. Wash and rinse conditioner.snd some other treatment took about two minutes total including "rinsing" out ( about twenty seconds). Proceeded then back to the chair and was asked which side my hair was to start the graduated fringe. - Don't they notice these things? Only way I can describe the cutting was like a bored teenager combing each section slowly to the end and then wrangling the scissors to try and cut bit by bit carefully. Within a couple of minutes here appeared a razor and she promptly attacked the graduating fringe on one side. Accepting that she got the scissors again and said that she would "make the other side the same match"! Then without checking any equal side lengths matching that was it. I said surely she should do some layering but no. Apparently I blinked and missed that. I left at 9.50 - twenty five minutes after entering this place. My concern is that when a loved daughter spends 65 on her mother for Mother's Day with a hair voucher that is supposed to last a year - surely they should honour what was agreed to when she bought it? Why bother doing it for a year or at all if this is the result?
