Assistant was great very knowledgeable and up sold me well. But then they couldn't make the finance work. I kept suggesting ways and it was a no he was stumped on that side, they advertised an afterpart system on their site but for a new customers there wasn't enough credit given to make the purchase. Tried to do a part payment they didn't have that option. So I went down the road and bought a cheaper phone from a competitor and used my Q card.

Been a year ago and ended up purchasing TV elsewhere who would offer discount for cash. Today purchased a smarttvu. Paid new price for a product that already had batteries in remote and someone else's Netflix etc account setup. Guess it not a 'new' item?
