i put my rental on the market. i came to ray white as the house is a rental and ray white had been managing it for sometime. the service i got from this was excellent always got an update as to what the property looked like and if needed any work to be done., decided to put on market, came to ray white and met kristie in te awamutu , she was so friendly and helpful. we had a good chat and she then organized an appraisal. she then contacted me with the result and was very impressed. Then put it on the market,it went into the paper and and kristie kept in contact with me,.she told me on open home for half hour. she contacted me after this and said it was a sucess, with 4 offers. i met her again and the offers were opened. we got a cash and unconditional settlementso within 5 days it was sold. never having done this before, i was very impressed with the service and the backup i received, highly recomend ray white

Very disappointing, don't even reply back to messages for viewing.
The team here are so friendly - in particular their rural agents go far above the norm! Fantastic to deal with!
Ray White have managed my rental property for a number of years and I have always been impressed with their service. Their staff are professional, friendly and reliable with no problem being too big or too small to deal with. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a property agent.
I have known Brenda and the PM team for around 5 years now and would happily vouch for them to any landlord or tenant. Brenda and the team go out of their way to constantly review and improve the way they conduct their business and are always looking at new ways they can improve the service they provide to their clients. If you are a landlord or tenant you will not be disappointed!
An amazing team at Ray White in Taumarunui.
Very good Customer services just talk
Very snooty receptionist. I went in to enquire about rental properties and got a very short "That's how we do things!" response to an innocent question from me asking how the process worked. I explained I had not rented in years (obviously because I own my own home). Guess I will have to buy own home if I want to live in Te A and I know I won't be going through Ray White Te Awamutu to do so!
