Manager is aggressive and rude to long standing customers never to return. Shame on you. Reply If thats all you did that would be fine you are a wolf in sheeps clothing and a awful human being to think you can treat people that way. A simple conversation was all that was needed. Your fake news reply doesnt fool anyone.
