Wonderful mechanics. Very reliable and affordable. Have rescued me a couple of times now
After limping our vehicle to their yard, we were told they were very busy and it would be a couple of weeks before they could get to it, which we were understanding of. Three weeks later we phoned for an update, it hadn’t been looked at yet. Five weeks later we phoned again and were told it was a c02 sensor fault, but they suggested we could take it somewhere else for repair (maybe it was in the too hard basket?), but it was already there so we said to go ahead and fix it. Several weeks later and summer holidays came and then went without our family vehicle for trips together, or any update before they closed for the holidays. We chased it up again after the holidays, and the excuse was that they were busy and we didn’t have a booking in the first place!? So almost five months after dropping it off, we decided to take it elsewhere, but had to get it towed! because it was no longer running!? So we were out of pocket for some new parts and it was worse than when we dropped it off; a serious waste of time and money!
Always willing to go the extra mile, always friendly and very good advice.
Not only were they rude about my car when it went to be repaired, they also did the nuts up on the wheels so tightly that any reasonably strengthened person could not budge them to change a puncture and then were equally rude and uninterested in helping to undo them resulting in me being stranded and costing me a fortune to have my car towed to simply undo the nuts. So glad I have now found an awesome new mechanic.
Great friendly genuine service. Saved me from the side of the road on a cold winter morning. And got me back up and running in just a few minutes. Would recommend!
If you are bacpacker, just go to other service.
