Went snapper fishing with Coromandel Fishing Charters from this wharf. Lorraine and Jason made our day spectacular.
A very good wide access wharf to access the Auckland Ferry and the fishing charters etc. Parking is limited.
A nice and quiet tug out place for the best fishing trips with family and friends

Best day ever!! We went on a fishing charter with Dave from Smoking reels off this wharf. It was our family trip which included 3 females' that had no experience, and Dave ensured that we all had a good time and caught fish. It was so much fun and we learned a lot about fishing and the mussel industry. We have been recommending Dave to all our friends back here in Taupo and to top it off we caught our quota of Snapper and I even landed a decent Trevally!!
While it is really nice it needs a toilet there.
Felt good to get a park. Beautiful spot. Good fishing on this side of the peninsula.
