Jo and Brenda - the Te Kuiti Isite team - went totally above and beyond duty when I found myself stranded in Te Kuiti. After I lost my rental car key they sorted everything from phoning the car rental company, talking to the local mechanic, booking bus tickets and finding me accommodation. If you're going to get stuck anywhere, or simply need some help to book tickets for local sights, this is your team!

Friendly staff but I don't like the fact the Site has a "free wifi" but when you connect you'll be asked for a voucher. Free is free. You just connect and that's it. I don't blame the staff but the Council should offer it for free.
