It’s a lovely little walk to the coast and it has some amazing views, well worth a quick stop off

Nice little walk down slope to the raging sea and back up. Not an essential visit on the west coast but a super little stop and side trip when time allows.

Unexpectedly nice, short walk to a lovely, small, non-crowded beach. You have the opportunity to take a small waterfall-shower (; Right next to the Punakaiki Rocks, worth the time!

Beautiful walk thru the Forest. Outstanding views of the ocean and Rocky cliffs. The ferns and forest growth are dense. The trail is very well done and leads to some stairways down the face of the rocks. Nothing to difficult but take your time.
