Great Mechanical Knowledge and service from all staff here! Young man by the name of RJ was working on my car he will go very far in this industry he was very well mannered, informed and professional! had my euro car quoted for repair by two other places, ended up going with Autohouse because the bill came in a heafty 400 cheaper. I will now change to Auto house for all my vehicle needs. Thanks Rj and thanks Autohouse Te Puke. Cheers.

*NOT RECOMMENDED!!* Had the worst experience ever. The customer service was not good. I do understand if they are are busy. At least talk nicely with people. It makes customer like me feels not worth. Not only that, I did my WOF and fixing cost about nearly 1000 which insane. But im kinda desperate. So just paid. At first the invoice was included with the item which not even in list of fixing. When I did ask--they remove the item and makes the invoice looks a bit cheaper 20. Be extra careful on that! Do check your invoice and ask everything before pay. If not, you will be charged extra. The day after, I just found out my car temperature icon is blinking. When go back to fix the coolant, he did not mentioned anything about fluids. Yet, he asked me 300 to change something which not related at all. I hope you guys will not experience like me.

Was treated like trash, staff completely ignores you, staff was on the phone and after was done just looked at me and walked away, when I asked them if they could help me out they just yelled out “we are too busy today” without looking up at me and walked away.

we went to fix a noise the car was making. we didn't know what it was. An employee added ATF hydraulic oil. and we change the oil to the engine. and he charged us 350, after two months he made noise again. we went to another mechanic, he added free ATF oil! And he made us the settlement of the loss for 390 !. We came back to this place to ask how much it would cost to change the brake pads and a light bulb, and he told us that between 180 or 200. While in another place in Tauranga I paid 90 !. I do not recommend this mechanic at all.

Got into a bit of a sticky situation with our campervan just before the Christmas holidays. Paul and his team were great, we had the van back on the road without too much hassle. Pricing was fair. Thanks again for taking the time and making the effort, especially as it's such a busy period. All the best for the new year.
