My partner and I were seeking legal advice via email and there was no signature blocks at the bottom of the email, so when I arrived for an appointment I was at the wrong office, mis - communication on both parties I must admit. Felt the price for our work required was fairly on the higher scale. Have been to a few lawyer firms in my time and didn't feel overly welcomed or comfortable. Hopefully they can improve on those couple of key areas.
