The service and care provided to me was horrific. I was seen by a male doctor complaining about stomach pain that was so severe I couldn't stand or breathe properly and was told to cut out dairy! Later that evening I was rushed to hospital to have emergency surgery to have a huge ovarian cyst removed which had shown up on an ultrasound, the same ultrasound that had been performed at Te Puke medical center, just not accurately. I definitely felt that female health care wasn't of interest to them, especially when the doctor told me that I must be exaggerating the level of pain that I was experiencing.

Decided to leave and they threatened me if I turned up there and was dieing on a Saturday as new drs didn’t open on weekends they would not treat us ...I don’t like threats so we did leave ...very unprofessional
This place is a rip off. They keep calling you back so they can steal more of ur money. Won't be returning to them
Don't go here if you need a doctor, they only after the fees. I went several times with chest pains, and was told I had depression, and or anxiety. after going to another doctor I was told I may have AF. they sent me for a few tests, and PING, I have AF. I went back to ask for a refund, I felt that if you pay for a doctor, and are given the wrong information you should be entitled to a refund, but not here, I had to pay because I DID have my appointment with said doctor. did not matter that I was given the wrong information. Its a sorry country we live in when doctors can get away with giving out the wrong diagnosis, not even bothering to send you off for basic bloods, or other tests. Its only a matter of time before enough people complain, and/or someone dies, but I suppose they'll get away with that as well.
Money money money first. ZERO care for the patient who's only seen as a walking wallet, overpriced, worst service ever seen in my life. Good luck with this one. You should be ashamed.
Very disappointing service. I moved to this practice two years ago and having been there 6 times with the SAME problem each time they tell me there is "probably nothing wrong" and then charge me full price without even having a look! The Doctors barely even listen to what I am saying. One doctor told me they wouldn't do anything for me until i was at least 60. The other doctor told me that "people as young as you don't get sick". I'm 36. What the hell kind of doctor thinks this? I will be changing practices. These guys just want your money and turn patients around as fast as possible. Sometimes my visits are only 5 minutes and I am rushed out so they can get another patient through. You have peoples lives in your hands. Get your act together! Hire some decent doctors!

I've been to this medical for 3rd times with same problem n the two doctors I've seen before had no idea what I'm going through even give me a same tablet that make things worse. But my last visit n hope that I'll appoint with someone will take me seriously and met my savior DR JULEA as recommended from someone. DR JULEA finally got me cured from my mystery I've been through over a year, and she assign me for treatment and also been through with explaining the treatment and what cause things that happen to me. THANK YOU Dr Julea for helping me I will never forget your hospitality n kindness n hope that all DR will take every patient seriously n respect such as you did.
