We are so very pleased with our pizza. My wife and I both really enjoyed it. The pizza was of much higher quality than the bog standard pizzahut and dominoes. And the price is amazing. We will definitely be getting more.
Delivery service is slow af and they won't respond properly. When called said on the way but had to wait for more than an hour .
Diffenitly my daughter and I will return we absolutely enjoyed our pizza an burger with chips (satisfied )
You guys had crunchy base before but now its too soft and feels cheesy. Please get back your previous base. My friends recommend that too. Cheers
Base is not good as it suppose to be like before. Its not crunchy anymore. It's soft as like other pizza huts. Before it was really nice since the base is changed not really good.
Ordered online, went in to pick up and no sign of pizzas. Spoke to person behind the counter, he found the order and said it would be ready in 5. 20 mins later..... mistakes happen, but be open with your customers. Ie we stuffed up, pizza will ready in 20, we are really sorry, is that ok? Instead of pretending nothing is wrong. We will be back because we love supporting local and the pizza is good.
People taking orders on phone can't understand properly and I had to ring them 3 times for them to understand what I have ordered and when you go to pick up the order they serve you with attitude and after 30 mins from order you are told they won't serve you. They are running a joke zero on customer service
