I must say I am extremely impressed with the service and care I've received at The Base. Laikan is a such an amazing staff member, she is understanding, caring, and goes out of her way to make people feel comfortable. She also makes sure that people are comfortable before proceeding with laser. Over the multiple treatments I have had, she has built a rapport that is similar to a friendship. I can't recommend her enough and I'll always go back to her when I need laser done.

For my ladies who are sick of shaving, you need to invest in laser hair removal. I 100% recommend Aneeqah!! She makes you feel so comfortable during your appointment and has genuine conversation that makes you feel as if you've known her for years! If you have any ugly scarring and ingrown hairs from shaving and are embarrassed, she makes you feel like they're not even there. So ladies, if you have been thinking about laser hair but don't feel comfortable, book in with Aneeqah!!

Terrible experience. There is one apple in the basket that shouldn’t be there. Grumpy lady that doesn’t have any empathy at all. The rest of the team is amazing. Definitely won’t come back again and will tell to all my friends, family, colleagues and everyone I have a chance to do so.

the girls here are so lovely but i did about 5 laser hair removal sessions and spent 2249 and only slight difference has been made. they definitely put the setting lower so that it takes people more sessions and they get more money.
