I would NEVER recommend Bert to any one, not true to his word and does not deliver what he promises. Extremely poor level of service combined with total lack of responsibility. In fact i recommend you asking a few people in town about their own experience with Bert, his reputation travels well ahead of him.

Had Bert design foundation for my relocatable house, never delivered as promised, house is now moving( foundation design was not suitable for the location) and also got a surprise bill in the end which was never mentioned by Bert. STAY AWAY from him is the only advise. Use GDC consultants
