Thee worst KFC ever. The place was disgusting, bins over flowing, tables covered in rubbish and food scraps. Floor had wet patches from someone dropping their drink. Had to wipe our table down ourselves with hand sanitizer. The bathroom were cleaner! Now we know why the drive through was busy, safer to not stop and eat there. Food however, was good. Burger wasn't soggy was made fresh. But eating in was a bad idea.

The chicken was dry the place was filthy rubbish bins over loaded inside and out. The potato and gravy we had a problem trying to get the lid off and most of the gravy was spilt on the outside of the container and had dried up. Tables and floor were filthy will not be going back there either the service was just as bad.
Ordered a kentucky stacker, waited 10 minutes to find out they weren’t even making the order, when i received the burger they were missing a chicken patty. I asked the person up front what happened, then she turned around and i sat down, never ended up getting reprimanded. Lack of customer service, pretty shocking
Went to get some "fast food" imagine my surprise when it was anything but. How they could have one person on the tills on a Friday night of a long weekend I'll never understand. Drive through was looking just as bad. Ended up going to McDonalds cause they clearly understood the concept of "fast food"
The food was definitely better than I was expecting, buns were fresh and the burgers presented well overall very happ
I haven't had KFC for 4 yrs and it will probably be another 4 years before I have it again. Surroundings outside almost put me off. Doggy business in the carpark and cig.butts all around outside. Not appealing for me. The chicken wasn't even finger licken good.
Food was fine...the service was appalling...we skipped KFC at Bombay's due the easter rush to go to Thames on way to Matarangi...waited approx 10mins to gt served at front counter...and my brother and I observed with incredularity a family of 4 that beat that while we ate our KFC...not good enuff Thames KFC
Surprised we were on how fast our order was taken and made ,well done
