Good ship, lots of craft stuff! They always seem to be short staffed so you can at times have a very long wait, especially if there are people buying lots of fabric needing to be measured. I have left a couple of times without purchasing because if long queues and not enough staff. Stop being stingy Lincraft and hire an extra staff member!

We walked through the shop while waiting for our McDonalds order. It was quite a fascinating shop for art supplies and homeware. They had quite a large selection of different things from yarn to paints. It was quite a nice shop to look around in.
Didn't have what we wanted but that's fine as it was Christmas stuff in March. They were helpful and friendly

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Their shop closes at 3pm on Sunday I rang twice to say I was 5 minutes away and was desperate for some Muslim cloth for a whanau occasion. Arrived at 3.01 to be told they had shut and don't pay their staff to work after this time and they were closed. This was after a second phone call to say I was out front of the shop.The rudest customer service I have encountered in a long time. Would not visit this store ever!!
