For the second time in 2 months I have had to return to get my purchase sorted correctly. This latest time when purchasing matching jug an toaster I was assured that they were matching. On getting home and opening them they are not a match. I travel 45 minutes each way to get there. Some of the staff need to actually take more care in what they say and actually make sure what they are saying is correct.
