Probably the best place to grab takeaway in Thames. The dudes working there were courteous and helpful. Clean place and a short wait time. Pizza was perfect

Have purchased pizza from here on four seperate occasions and was left disappointed on all but one. The deluxe pizza has barely any topping and plenty of crust and usually really dry and inedible. I swore last time would be our last. Didn't bother contacting the store about our complaints. Thought we'd try them again because of that one occasion with good pizza. Never again. You most definitely earnt the one star I'm giving your store. Perhaps you should consider new staff.

I ordered peri peri chicken San Francisco style but I got thin base and taste like really old dough Also, jalapeño’s are missing from my pizza and they put lot of tomato base sauce and tomatoes which end up sour and I can hardly see cheese

We tried to ring Thames to tell of our disappointment but not taking calls. We ordered a chicken and bacon ranch for 13.99. It was awful no red onion, no capsicum and definitely not lashings of mozzarella. We often get pizzas but.this was not up to usual standard. Might be sometime before we are back.

Waited over half a hour for a couple of pizzas and they were telling other customers , 25-45 minutes for one pizza. Ordered at 6 didn’t pizzas get till 7 in a town that isn’t busy! Terrible
